How can I control SPAM whitelists and blacklists when using Outlook?

Right click the sender's mail and select "Junk E-mail". You are provided with options like

1. Add Sender to Blocked sender's list: Blocks future mails from this sender
2. Add Sender to safe sender's list: Never block future mails from this sender
3. Add Sender’s domain to Blocked Sender's list: Block future mails from this sender's domain
4. Add Sender’s domain to Safe Sender's list: Never block future mails from this sender's domain

If an important mail has been treated has junk, then you can right click that mail and select "Mark as Not Junk"

OPTION 2:

To manage Safe Senders and Blocked Sender's List from Outlook Web Access (OWA), please read the details given below.

1. Click on Options from OWA main screen
2. Select Block or Allow.

Blocked Senders
This list will contain domains and people from whom you do not want to receive e-mail messages. Messages that are received from any e-mail address or domain on your Blocked Senders List are sent directly to your Junk E-mail folder.

To add a sender to the list

1. Under Blocked Senders
2. Type an e-mail address (user@domain.com) or domain (@domain.com OR domain.com) in the text box
3. Click Add

To modify a sender in the list

1. Select the sender
2. Click Edit
3. Change the entry, and then press ENTER

To remove a sender from the list

1. Select the sender
2. Click Remove

You can use the SHIFT key to select multiple adjacent senders or the CTRL key to select multiple senders that are not adjacent.
