- Click on Options from OWA main screen
- Select Block or Allow.
- Under Blocked Senders
- Type an e-mail address (user@domain.com) or domain (@domain.com OR domain.com) in the text box
- Click Add
- Select the sender
- Click Edit
- Change the entry, and then press ENTER
- Select the sender
- Click Remove
Right click the sender's mail and select "Junk E-mail". You are provided with options like
If an important mail has been treated has junk, then you can right click that mail and select "Mark as Not Junk"

To manage Safe Senders and Blocked Sender's List from Outlook Web Access (OWA), please read the details given below.
Blocked Senders
This list will contain domains and people from whom you do not want to receive e-mail messages. Messages that are received from any e-mail address or domain on your Blocked Senders List are sent directly to your Junk E-mail folder.

To remove a sender from the list
You can use the SHIFT key to select multiple adjacent senders or the CTRL key to select multiple senders that are not adjacent.
