How can I reserve a room for an entire semester? |

- Using Outlook 2007
- Click “New” and select “Meeting Request” from the main screen.

- In the “to” address, mention the resource you would like to reserve. You can see a list of resources by clicking the “To” Hyperlink.


- Provide the duration and the time during which you would like to reserve the resource. This should be within the working hours of the resource.

- To repeat it over the period of time, click repeat at the top pane of the window.

- You can now select the days of the week during which you would like to replicate the above mentioned timings. You can provide the starting and ending date of reservation.
For example, following reservation is for a room 2120 from Aug 30th 2010 to Dec 13 2010 Weekly timings: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

- Once done, click OK.
You will see that the summary of your reservation is listed as below.

- Click send.
If your request is approved, you would get a confirmation email from the room you were trying to reserve.

For example, following reservation is for a room 2114 from Oct 28th 2010 to Apr 04 2010 Weekly timings: Monday and Thursday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Step 6. Once done, click OK.
You will see that the summary of your reservation is listed as below.

Step 7. Click send. If your request is approved, you would get a confirmation email from the room you were trying to reserve.
