- All the information in the calendar.
- Click “Calendar” on the home screen and you will have list of shared calendars on the left pane of the screen
- You can also click the “Share” tab on the top of your calendar and select “open a shared calendar”.
Calendar sharing will allow you to provide additional information regarding your appointment to the users of your choice. You can even allow users to edit appointments on your behalf.
Step1. Select Calendar task from the bottom left part of the main screen
Step2. Right click the calendar you would like to share and then select "Share calendar"

Step3. You can now select the user/ set of users with whom you would like to share your calendar.
You can also request to view the recipient’s calendar

Step4. If you would like to change the permissions you want to provide to the recipients, you can do it by right clicking on the calendar and selecting "Change Permissions"

Step5. This will bring you an interface where lots of options are provided to customize the permission level you want to grant the recipient. For example,
Step6. You can allow the recipient to edit your calendar through the Write section of the below interface.
By default, Free/Busy time is checked which means that user will just have access to the free/busy time section of your calendar and will not be allowed to edit details or see any further details.

Step3. Send the invitation email to the person/group you would like to share your calendar with, by entering their email ID in the "To" text box.

In addition, you can also request the other person to share his calendar

Step4. There are two ways to see a calendar shared with you

You will be asked to enter the name of the person whose calendar you would like to access.

If the other person has shared calendar with you, then you will have his/her calendar by side of your own calendar.
