Printing Quota in Department

Printing quotas are recorded by the printed face. Every sheet of paper has two faces. Quota units are measured by faces per calendar month.

Faculty, secretaries and staff do not have hard quotas.

Students should limit themselves to 250 faces per month.

PhD candidates requiring an increased quota should submit a RT request so stating.

When quotas are enforced printing access can be denied on all public printers. Printers in private labs which use their own supplies are excempt from quotas. Other quotas of note are:
