Short Bio

I am a fifth-year PhD student at Department of Comptuter Science, Stony Brook University (Expected graduation: Aug/2012), advised by Professor Hong Qin. I also received my B.S in Computer Science from in 2007 Sun Yat-sen University (Zhongshan University).
I am currently looking for a full-time job.

Geometric&Physical 

Computing:

Geometric Modeling/Processing, Computer Graphics, Computer-aided Design, Physical Animation/Simulation, Finite Element Analysis, Volume Visualization, Infomatics Visualization, Medical Imaging and Virtual Surgery, Scientific Fitting and Approximation.

Specific Interests:

Volumetric Parameterization/Meshing, Trivariate Spline Fitting and Approximation, Volume Data Reconstruction, Heterogeneous Modeling and Analysis, Solid Modeling and Texturing, Shape Decomposition, Focus+Context Visualization, Volume Matching and Registration, Isogeometric Analysis.
