The Computer Science Graduate Student Council (CSGSC) consists of elected representatives from the Computer Science department. The CSGSC strives to:

Promote the general welfare of the computer science graduate student body, and communicate with the faculty and administration on the behalf of graduate students of CS department.
Increase graduate student involvement in formulating policies.
Foster a feeling of community in the department and improve communication amongst graduate students. To that end CSGSC co-ordinates/sponsors many social, cultural, and fun events throughout the year to enrich the academic lives of the graduate students.
