Duty of Donut Admim
Donut hour is organised by some graduate student every academic year.
The responsibilities of Donut Admin include:
- Inspiring, cajoling, forcing people to "volunteer" to host.
- Reminding the host about their turn to host.
- Sending email invitation to everyone in the department on friday morning.
- Sending email reminder to everyone in the department at 2:55 pm on fridays.
- Keeping the Donut Hour popular and well attended.
