Chapters 4 and 5 of the H&P CAQA4 text

Problem Assignments (all parts of each question):

Pages 265-6 and 268-9: all parts of exercises 4.2(abcd{cache changes accumulate from a to b ... to d}) and 4.7(abcd); {8 parts}

Pages 346, 348, 351-3: all parts of exercises 5.7, 5.11, and 5.18(abcde). {7 parts}

The problems’ completion times total 4.1 hours if H&P estimates are minutes, but may be 12 to 16 hours if you are uncomfortable with the style of H&P questions.
