We are in the Computer Science department at Stony Brook University. We work as a team of faculty, graduate and undergraduate students and have close ties to the Applied Logic Lab, the Psychology Department and the Linguistics Department at Stony Brook, and the CISD group at the University of Rochester.

We work on spoken and multimodal dialog, generation and other areas of computational linguistics.

We are funded by the NSF and DARPA. Our projects include the Adaptive Spoken Dialog with Human and Computer Partners project and the CALO project.
