I visit the following websites quite often
Some cool apps and articles
- Zoho
Notebook - A nice web based notes web application. The interface
would seem familiar to Microsoft OneNote users. The only issue I
have faced so far is regarding printing the notes :(
- Google
Notebook - Pretty cool. Not as fancy as Zoho but does the job
(and you can print notes too :o) )
- Desktop Two
- Another web based desktop, but it has a lot more features (compared
to vista live and wubuntu) alongwith an active account so you can save
your settings and files. Also its resource efficient and runs pretty
smoothly if you have a decent internet connection (you'll need a flash
plugin)
- Cumulate Draw - Draw floor plans and diagrams easily.
- Google Gears
- Writer
- This one is really nice and simple to use (although it doesn't have
many functionalities)
- Webmail pros and cons - An interesting article in NY Times.
- Ubuntu top 10 tweaks and apps - For Ubuntu users on lifehacker
- For those who want to test their internet speed.
- Ubuntu users might be interested speeding up boot-up and shutdown.
- A cheat sheet of cheat sheets can be found here.
- Some information about Apple Video iPod, alongwith tips and tricks for video transcoding, can be found at one of my blogs.
