Project 4 - Home Sweet Homepage
Due Wednesday, December 11, 1996

For your final project, you are charged with creating your own personal WWW homepage. Be as creative as possible - is there some topic or field which you have worthwhile information to distribute.

You are free to place anything you want on it you wish, but you must have the following items.

To make your WWW page public, you will need to get an Instructional Computing (IC) center account. This account will outlive this semester, and enable you to use the WWW in the future. You must make your files public and distributed on your IC account.

To turn in this assignment, you will have to tell or email your TA with the exact URL of your WWW page. We will create a single CSE 101 page of all the students, and grade from the entries in there.

Rules of the Game

  1. The grade will be 75% for completing the given tasks, with the last 25% based on creativity and style considerations. Be as imaginative as you can.
  2. Your WWW page represents the university. Avoid any material which might be offensive to anyone!
  3. Use whatever WWW tools you find most accessible. The Netscape Gold editor is a good place to start.
  4. This project can be completed during your lab section, during open lab hours in either Engineering 106 or the new lab 318 Harriman, or on any other computer running Netscape that you have access to.
