Here are the final grades given in CSE 214.  My cutoffs were as
follows:

		> 90 	A
		> 88	A-
		> 86.5  B+
		> 77    B
		> 75.75 B-
		> 72    C+
		> 61    C
		> 50    D
		< 50    F

	I have brought 4 students up before the CASA Committee for
honor violations.  These students have received an incomplete, and are
denoted by a `Q' next to their name.  After the decision by the CASA
committee, these will presumably be turned to F.  This is the standard
procedure for academic dishonesty.

	I took points away from an additional 24 students because of
confessions of honor violations.  Most of these involved turning one
assignment into a 0.   Some other students recieved a smaller penalty
of 49 on an assignment if they gave their program to others but apparently
didn't benefit.  I designed the grade cutoffs to ensure that any student
penalized by a point reduction lost between 1/2 and a full letter grade
on their final average -- but not more.

	I have tried to be as fair as possible in dealing with the
cheating problem.  If you are unhappy with your grade, let me know
and I will (1) change it to an incomplete, and (2) bring it to the
CASA committee for them to decide.  I am not willing to discuss this
matter further except in front of the committee.
