PhD student Faisal Ahmed's research paper "Why Read If You Can Skim: Towards Enabling Faster Screen Reading" gets the best paper award at the 9th International Cross-Disciplinary Conference on Web Accessibility (W4A'12). Faisal works with Professor I.V. Ramakrishnan and Eugene Stark.

Congratulations to Anthony Lomonaco for winning Stony Brook University's 9th Annual Game Programming Competition. This is the 2nd year in a row that Anthony has been on a winning team, with this year's entry, Block Wars, being a solo effort.
